Summer Science Camp

I have a 11th grade daughter who wants to study microbiology in college and plants to apply to the prestigious summer camps like RSI, SSP, Gracia, Simons, etc. She is a good student, but she can’t get much information about summer programs because we do not live in America, currently. I want to support her with your help.
Her GPA, SAT score are 4.0/4.0 and 1570. She has AP Biology (5) and taking 5 APS this year. She has several, not serious awards ( Genious olympiad, Conrad competition,HK science fair. etc) and just finished her research paper which will be submited to several competitions. She is working for a US college professor remotely. She has leadership positions at the MUN and science journal program which she has started two years ago.
But, when I looked into the RSI application website, they ask about the computer skill the applicants possess, and my daughter has none as far as I know. Is it going to a deciding factor in application process? And I’ve also heard from somewhere that RSI does not accept much of biology-field candidate. Is that true?
Also, can you recommend me less competitive summer program where rising senior can apply? Thank you very much for reading.
