<p>Hi, I've been accepted to the 4 summer seminars, and I've heard that Navy's is the most rigorous so I was curious if anyone who had previously attended could give me a brief synopsis of the physical training and what to expect during the military training. I would prefer if anyone who is attending this years seminar/knows someone who went to a seminar in the past not contribute to this conversation as there is a substantial amount of hearsay involved in the Academy process, and I would like to receive the input of someone speaking from their own prior experience.
