Summer Session Question

Originally, I reported on the UC Application that I intended to not enroll in any summer courses. However, I changed my mind and I am considering taking one summer class. Am I supposed to notify the UC that I will be taking a summer class, or do I just need to send in another transcript once that class is over to get credits?

Also, the class I will be taking will be at a CSU, not at a CC. Will this be a problem? (The class I'm taking is just Principles of Microeconomics, so it is definitely transferable)

I don’t think taking it at a CSU will be a problem, but check if that class is transferrable to the UC because some classes at CSU don’t transfer.

Yes, you have to notify your admissions officer, but they want to know any classes you plan to enroll in in the summer. You also must keep a 3.0 in the summer, so get a B or up in that class. Do not just blindly send them a transcript, they need to put into the system/your file that you will be enrolling in a summer class.
