Summer study plan for SAT?

Hey guys I got an 1880 on my first SAT and I really want atleast a 2100. I have the blue book to start off with and was wondering how I should approach studying? Should I concentrate on each section one by one trying to bring each one up to a 700 or should I concentrate on the SAT as a whole and take full length practice tests? Lastly do you think this jump is possible? I consider myself to be a fairly quick learner but the SAT frustrates me because simple mistakes can screw you over.

There are tons of threads on this question. Take the time and look at these posts… No one can tell you how to study, it all depends on what works for you. Take a practice exam every Saturday until the Test day and on Monday review the CR section, Wednesday review the W section, and Friday review the M section. Go over every incorrect answer and observe why you got this question wrong. If it’s just careless mistakes, then double check your answers when you finish a question. If it’s due to grammar mistakes, refresh your mind on grammar rules. 1880 is a great score and I think a 2100 for you is very plausible. Don’t use Kaplan or Barron books and don’t ask why, look it up.

Ok any tips on how the best book to improve my math score? I’m current sitting at a 620. I read really good reviews on Dr. Steve warner’s 28 sat math lessons book for almost a guranteed 800 or high 700s if i complete the book and ready carefully. I’ve also heard of gruber’s and dr. chung’s I really don’t know which one to get.
