<p>Yes. Also, when I visited, the counselor said that Emory focuses on CR and M… they will take into account the writing but will not put heavy emphasis on it.</p>
<p>Well most colleges put more weight to critical reading and maths than writing, so it is important to achieve higher scores in CR and M. As alam1 said, Emory does superscore.</p>
