<p>Ugh, "leadership." I attended a Claremont-McKenna info meeting, and the representative stressed the importance of leadership skills. Ironically, but not surprisingly, she had a total lack of charisma herself. </p>

<p>back to b151's question, what type of citations if any? submitting it online, it's hard enough to get your essay formmated correctly, let alone a works cited page, but w/o some citations it is plagerism, i suppose.</p>
<p>don't cite your sources.....you shouldn't really need to. i did not apply to pomona...not that many do both. (-current cmc freshman)</p>
