Supplement for PLME...2 essays or 1?

I am applying to the PLME and was wondering whether both PLME supplement essays have to be written or only one? I called the admissions office and they said both…but people have posted here that only 1 has to be written or that both have to be integrated to one essay? Can someone clear this up? Did anyone else call and find out?

Yeah, I'm really conflicted, too, but it explicitly states "one essay" at one point, so...

Before common app, the Brown PLME application listed separate questions and had you answer them as separate essays. I think it asked why medicine and specifically, why PLME? Another question was about your vision of a doctor and how do you see yourself in that role?

yeah but it still lists 2 questions on the supplement and I don't know if both have to be done or not because i keep getting conflicting answers

Seems to me that the only opinion that counts is Brown's admission staff. Who cares what other applicants are doing? If still in doubt, contact someone at PLME.

i emailed the admission office, no response yet...the thing is i want to make sure that the person I called wasn't confused about what i was saying

bump.......it also allows you to upload only 1 document, so....idk ...include both essays in that one document?

anyone????

ok, i just confirmed it, both have to be written, each has to be 500 words or less....
