<p>I'm just wondering why the school doesn't ask any essay questions on the supplement. Does anybody know? </p>
<p>Also, why do they ask if you have been convicted of a crime or anything if that question is already on the common app?</p>
<p>yeah, i was wondering that too actually it annoys me because this is my top choice school and I’d like to express how much I want to go there in a supplemental question. My reasoning for why they ask that honor violation question is that their Honor Code is taken very seriously there.</p>
<p>They already have enough information about applicants. They absolutely do not need a supplemental essay. If you want to tell them it’s your top choice, go visit or just send a letter saying that.</p>
