<p>So I have sent Rice some supplemental material by email. And all I got back from Rice was just an auto-reply massage, without a real person reply follow up. Is that normal? Consider I send it the material exactly on Christmas, which I believe no one is checking email on that day, I kind of worry if Rice indeed has received what I have sent? The auto-reply said I can't confirm it through phone call or email, and my student portal thing hasn't change at all in the past few days, so how do I know whether Rice really get the supplemental material?</p>

<p>And do anyone know if the supplemental material I sent will show up on the student portal thing (once Rice has received it) ?</p>

Rice would let you resend something if it were to get lost in the mail - as long as the main stuff is in by the deadline, you should be fine.
