<p>I guess not. From what I’ve read in this forum, they start reading applications in Jan, but the committee won’t work until mid-Feb. So just send them as fast as possible :)</p>
<p>There’s no harm in sending them now. You should certainly try to send any extra materials as soon as possible, as application reading has already begun.</p>
