<p>Does anyone know when is the deadline to submit the questionnaire and letter of Rec? I didn't get email from UCB, I didn't I have to complete these form until i check my UCB account today.</p>
<p>Recheck your spam email, but at least start it, and add a note to one question, and then submit. You can submit it multiple times, so do as much as you can as soon as possible.</p>
<p>I received my first email on the 21st and it said 10 days from then. The next one came on the 28th and it said “final request”</p>
