Supplemental Rec Letter

So as the title suggests, I have a question about this part of the app:
Which matters more for this letter, the content or the prestige of the recommender?

More specifically, I have two options. One letter would be from a very widely recognized doctor, who is a nice guy, and would write nice things, but they wouldn't be very personal, as I haven't known him for very long.
The other would be from my quiz team coach, who I've known for three years and would be able to write a brilliant letter about me as a person.

Which would be better, a generic prestigious doctor's rec or a teacher's incredible rec? I'm applying to several bsmd programs if that matters.

“Which matters more for this letter, the content or the prestige of the recommender”

Let’s see:

Dear College X: I don’t know joe very well. He seems a nice boy and I like his family. I hear he’s applying to your college. Since he’s one of the lucky few to know someone with my credentials/degrees/notoriety/political achievement/celebrity I hereby ask/command you to admit him to your school with full honors and max fin aid. Signed: Big Schmoe.

Whaddya think?

Yeah. I think the same. So should you. Content every time (unless Big Schmoe has a ten million dollar cashier’s check attached to the rec letter).
