supplementary stuff for future scientists!

So, I'm going to be applying EA to Yale or MIT in a few months, and I've been involved with science work since freshman year, and was thinking about focusing on it. I know Yale allows you to send in scientific abstacts and papers, which I already have prepared. B/C I've worked extensively with two internships, I was wondering if I should send ALL of the abstracts I've prepared (+ papers) and both mentor recommendations, or just one.
Also, I'm not sure if my mentor rec for the one I've worked extensively w/ will be that great. She's barely ever here, and I do practically all by myself. Should I still get a rec from her, or ask her to let me read the rec before I send it off? Is that even allowed?

Sincerely,
