When we use our examples or evidences to support our SAT Essay, how specific should you be?
I don't see any problem with details if we use an example from our own experiences.
However, let's say you use an example from an historical events or from a literature story.
How specific should you be?
Also, how can you memorize all those details inside your head?
Please, help me!

Its not really about writing details. Write down things that are relevant to the answering the prompt and don’t write down things that aren’t. And its not really about memorizing either. If you really think you have a good SAT example (a book, a historical event or whatever) you should be able to have a conversation about it with someone. If you can’t, you probably don’t know the book or event well enough to use it fluently.
