Suspended Mental Health

I am having a meeting to try and return to a university I was suspended from. I need advice on what to say? I need to make them know I'm not going to hurt anyone or myself, that I won't have a psychotic episode, and will graduate on time.

Should I just focus on how good I have been doing, and that should show that I am doing better and will continue to?

Also, what is your plan for continuing to do well? Have you registered with the office for students with disabilities?

You should let them know your strategies for dealing with stress. For example, giving yourself extra time to get to class so that you aren’t stressed with getting there. And can you ask for extra time on tests?

Do you have a treatment plan? Will you be seeing a doctor and/or counselor regularly? Do you know the signs that indicate you’re starting to decompensate? My son knows it’s a red flag when he starts talking too fast or has a hard time expressing himself.
