Sustainability degree?!? Only Arizona State U?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a sustainability degree or sustainable construction??

i'll be graduating with a BA in international relations and east asian studies minor, but i've just realized that its not something I want to pursure for graduate school or for career.

anyway, i only have a 5000 dollar debt from a study abroad in japan that i am currently doing so i have a lot of options.

so instead for going to graduate school, I've been thinking about pursuing a different undergraduate degree.

what i would like to do is build sustainable buildings, residential homes, designer houses, etc..

should i be looking at construction management or sustainability?

the only school i know of that offers sustainability is arizona state university. granted they have prepared for this new curriculum, 2008 fall is its first year. so i'm a little worried about being the first generation of a new program.

Can one do some kind of consultation work for construction companies with a sustainability degree?

there's also a sustainable business degree as well that i have thought about pursuing. other schools seem to offer sustainability/eco-friendly courses, but not an actual sustainable business undergraduate program. the only school i've found is aquinas college in grand rapids, MI.

i'll be graduating from grand valley state university in allendale, MI/Grand Rapids, MI, but i'm really only looking at it as a stepping stone.

Can anyone offer some insight into schools offering sustainability, sustainable construction, etc?

prestige is kind of important as well, so some of these would be much appreciated.

thanks in advance, and sorry for such a long post! (my brain's about to explode!! ;p)

I'm not sure if this is of any help, but the sustainability manager at the construction management firm I work for got her degree in environmental science.

Environmental engineering is also a good major.

Environmental Engineering

I have been under the impression that you could only get one undergraduate degree.
