swarthmore vs pomona?

<p>So I am still waiting for my EA decision..</p>

<p>but since the chance of getting in is extremely small, I am preparing for application to other schools, and now I plan to ED2 an liberal art college if I do not get in my first choice.</p>

<p>Now I am wavering between Pomona and Swarthmore. Can you guys offer some insight into these two colleges, especially in terms of prestige and location?</p>

<p>So in other words--if you get into both, which one would you attend, and why?</p>

<p>I would pick Pomona but that’s because I LOVE POMONA. I have no reasoning really. I love everything about it. But Swarthmore is great too.</p>

<p>I am at Harvey Mudd. Pick Pomona. The consortium offers so many benefits! Small school environment, but so much more resources. The one Pomona prof I’ve met has been majorly helpful and nice (and she’s the chair of the CS dept to boot) Also, Pomona is really pretty, at least compared to Mudd. PLUS, awesome weather!</p>
