Swedish high school student - Yale/Brown/Harvard

Here's something I assume most of you don't see very often. I live in Sweden, last year of high school and I would love apply to some wonderful colleges in the US, preferably the New Haven area. In Sweden we have different high school "programs", like the "language program", "science program", "humaniora program" and so on. I am enrolled in the sciences one, which means that I take four levels of mathematics, two of physics, two of chemistry and two of biology. The rest of my subjects, only to mention a few, include things like history, ethics, french (levels 1-5), bosnian (all levels) and so on. Here are some results:

SAT I: 2200
SAT II: Chemistry 700, Biology 760
Högskoleprovet (the Swedish SAT): 1,5 out of 2,0 (I'm guessing I'm in like the 15th percentile, it's a very difficult 8 hour long test).
GPA: I have on B (stupid stupid stupid) but other than that, I have maximum grades.
Ranking: we don't do rankings but I know that I am the one with the highest scores
One problem: I am home schooled. Is this bad?

Additional info: I did take an IB English B HL class and got a 7 (for fun). I have worked at psychiatric hospitals in Sweden (two hospitals) and in my home country Bosnia (one hospital), I have also worked with autistic children, in gerontology centers, I have been to France multiple times and taken courses in French, I have played the guitar for 8 years...

I know this isn't a lot of information but I have done tons of other things too! My intended major is psychology.

What do you all think?

Update: I also enrolled in a 8 week long research project at the Karolinska Institute last year.

Hej, jag tror du har bra chanser, men som sagt s
