If you want to get fat then follow his plan. That is not the way to increasing lean body weight. If you want to bulk up then increase your calories but eat CLEANLY. Fast food is never a good thing to eat. But if your goal is to gain muscle regardless of how much fat you gain then feel free to pig out. You'll regret it later in your life when your 30 with a huge gut and increase risk of heart disease.

I've actually lost weight. I'm stressed out all the time and I drink coffee a lot and I don't have a bus pass since my classes are all 10 minutes away. Also the dorm food hasn't been great so I just end up eating salads.

I lost 6-7 Lbs first semester, and then put it all back on over Christmas. But I'll be back where I was before too long because I don't eat 3 meals a day and I try and go to the gym 4-5 times a week.

I can't believe you actually at Burger King 5 times a week. I'm not big on fast food so that sounds really nauseating to me. Give salad a try. With the right dressing, it's not so bad.

As most girls, I eat when I'm stressed. I ballooned to 139 from 130 since the school year started. :<

I agree with the people who are alarmed at their weight gain, even if it doesn't make them "fat."
I'm 5'9" so I'm not overweight or anything yet, but I do declare that this rapid weight/fat gain is definitely NOT healthy. That 9 pounds added 1.2 points to my BMI. YIKES.
It's not just a matter of weight; it's a matter of health. And you also have to keep in mind that everyone's body is naturally different. But any sort of rapid weight gain or loss is never healthy.

I think the key is being able to moderate the "junky" food and try to stick to the healthier food more often. I'm trying to eat salad as a meal at least three times a week, and exercising more.

Yeah, you're fast metabolism won't last. Just about everyone WILL gain a ton of weight if they eat like you do. I'm sure you know you'll be putting yourself at risk for Diabetes, heart disease, stroke, liver disease, and a whole bunch of other health consequences including premature death if you go on eating that way. Stop now before it's too late.
