At the time, i was fickle and decided i wanted to do biotechnology and listed that as my major. i've been accepted to the eberly college of science; but i now know that i want nothing to do with science. can i switch my major/college before going to penn state, or is that something i have to figure out once i get there in august?</p>
<p>You are not really in a major yet. You officially choose one at the end of your sophomore year.</p>

<p>You have no worries. I’ve was a biochem my freshman year, but ended up an accounting major. The above poster is 100% correct; simply tell them you want to change your major and you are good to go.</p>
