switching schools/double majoring between schools

<p>I'm applying RD as a freshman, an I'm not sure exactly what I want to major in- either engineering or lit arts & sciences, and I was curious if it is relatively easy to switch if you get there and change your mind about what you want to major in.</p>

<p>Also, is it possible to dual/double major across schools?
