I want to apply to the Syracuse 3 + 3 Doctor of Physical Therapy Program w/ SUNY Upstate Medical University, in which i have to do a separate application to SUNY Upstate, but there are guidelines for the DPT Program with SUNY Upstate Medical University application.
I don't meet their 90% grade avg. with my 88% avg. and I do not meet their 1200 math and reading sat score with my 990 sat score.
Do they strictly require this? should i still apply? do i still have a chance with my scores?

SC:
The 3-3 upstate program is VERY competitive. D spoke to admissions at “upstate” about both the 3-3 and 4-3 program. Impression she got was that she had a “fair” chance of admission with a 94GPA and 1270 (M/CR) SAT. Doesn’t hurt to apply you never know–Also you might to call admissions and speak to them. GOOD LUCK. D was accepted into both Ithaca and Nazareth’s 6 year DPT program. Also consider D’youville and Dameon(sp) their 6 year DPT is a little less competitive. Again good luck!!!

Honestly, I think your SAT score is going to be a problem for all of the direct admit PT programs. How many times did you take the SAT and did you also take the ACT? PT is a competitive program at every school I know of and for good reason…the courseload is rigorous and space is limited! Do you have a backup plan? Have you considered any of the PT Assistant programs? You might find that Canton or OCC have articulation agreements with one of the schools that offer the DPT.
