Syracuse ED 2018 Thread

Anybody else apply to Falk?

Is Falk the School of Education?

Ahhh no. Well I hope these letters have a positive impact on their decision! Thank you so much everyone :)

Sports Management

You might as well send the letters since you already got them.

Education is my secondary, Wouldn’t be too upset with that though!

I genuinely think that some people could hear tomorrow, they edited the chart on Admissions[/url”>http://admissions.syr.edu/apply/deadlinesguidance/]Admissions to include ED II and they kept the early december tag for when notifs begin. the 16th and the 13th aren’t Early december for me. 13th maybe, 16th is definitely mid

I put down Comp Sci as my secondary and Newhouse as my tertiary choices.

Yeah I noticed that too. I probably won’t hear back until at least next week because I submitted my app on the last day.

I submitted mine november 10th, Wanted it done early because I thought then I’d be able to relax, needless to say I was wrong.

I actually had my app ready a whole week before the deadline, but one of my recommenders didn’t submit his letter until Dec. 1.

That’s an absolute killer

It at least gave me time to revise my essay a bit more. The first essay I wrote SUCKED.

It really makes sense that if they have “early December” that they do it prior to the 15th and considering they do two batches one this week and one next week makes sense.

exactly my thinking, plus it would give people who got deferred early decision a chance to apply ED II

I still haven’t received an email to set up a myslice account. And what is the difference between FAFSA and CSS?

I’m with you guys. “Early December” is definitely before the 15th. And since they typically go out in waves and typically go out on Fridays, tomorrow is a possibility. Though I don’t want to get my hopes up haha.

If you submitted your application via common app, it may take up to two weeks to get your SUID # so don’t worry if you don’t get it right away and honestly I hope we get notifications tomorrow, I don’t think I can wait any longer hahaha

haha I know what you mean, been checking my email every 10 minutes for about a month

I got my SUID email on Tuesday and I applied on Sunday, so…
