I applied to Bandier & my second choice is comm design and i’m actually terrified
GPA: 91.52 ish
ACT: 32
APs: AP Lit, AP Lang (English), AP Gov, AP US, AP Italian, MCP Humanities
Classes: Honors Engineering, Calc
EC: Internship at a Music Management company, job at a dunkin donuts, manage my best friend’s band, steering committee for youth court, dance team captain, taken 2 classes at syracuse
Interviewed, shadowed classes for Bandier, rec from a syracuse IID professor, my sister goes to SU, and i’ve met ulf (the guy in charge)

@sportsbrand96 I emailed the admissions rep yesterday and he said decisions wil come put in a “few weeks.” I emailed him asking if we will know by January 1st because that’s my second choice school’s ED 2 deadline. I’m so neevous

I called and they said decisions will be emailed mid-to-late December. So I’d say next week, as well. Unfortunately.
Tweeted admissions and they just said “before January” X_X
they aren’t giving out any new information,they have said mid december this whole time. going on past years I’m fairly confident it will be tomorrow
I will repeat. I have a friend who worked in admissions as an undergrad and still knows people in the office. The first wave will happen around 4 or 5 pm tomorrow and more waves will release each weekday until their offices close for the holiday.

can they keep us waiting this long? like its ed theyre supposed to put it out early so we know whether or not we have to apply to more schools

First wave is tomorrow after 4:00, second wave is the 22nd.
Hi MasonM, Im also applying to the school of Architecture.You do have pretty good academic credentials no doubt.But regarding portfolio did you mail it in or sent electronically? that makes a difference also does your portfolio include lot of original art work (drawing painting etc,) or architectural stuff? If you have strong art background which would show in your portfolio that would definitely put you in a very good position as 50% is all about the portfolio.Best of luck.
And it’s completely random correct @buddysdad ? I applied on the deadline, which is Nov. 15th. Lol either we’re all going to have a happy break or a sad one
@PowerPuff17 you are correct…decisions are random. It matters not what date you submitted your completed application. Good luck!
