Taft Applications....confused!

anyone else thats applying to Taft School finding it strange that on the applications there's no place to list extracurriculars?
did i not receive a form or something??

There's a whole page in mine.

are you serious?!
can you describe what it looks lyk and the stuff it has on it?
whats the heading of the page?

You could check their website. You could probably print it out on there.

The Taft App. is in a 4 page booklet thing. Front, Inside Left, Inside Right, Back. The extracurricular is on the inside left. It isn't a chart like most of the other schools. It's a heading followed by a few lines to elaborate onto.

I didn't receive one. In my application that was mailed to me I only received a folder with loose pages of school report form, English and math recommendations, and for me to fill out there is only a writing sample sheet saying that you have to pick two topics to handwrite on the sheet provided.
Is the extracurricular sheet able to be printed from the school site?

I received that packet too.
I got the same things as well as a general information form (name, parent info, address, etc) with a page to list ECs on the other side. It's looks kind of like

Art:

with a bunch of lines. There's also sections for sports, music, etc.

I couldn't find the application on the school site. You can probably request another one, or use the common application.
