Ok… @CCadmin_Sorin
So I get a drop down with the space for
@“aunt bea” and NO I did not write in those quotation marks. I just typed aunt and her whole screenname appeared with the spaces.
But I don’t get a drop down for
@scholar bound
@“scholar bound” doesn’t work either .
@“aunt bea” → @“aunt bea”
@“scholar bound” → @“scholar bound”
When using the quote method, be sure to use the old style ASCII quote character ", which is the same for open and close quote. Using the quotes that are different for open and close quote (“ ”) will not work.
That still doesn’t tell me why I don’t have to do the quote thing with @“aunt bea” but I do with @scholar bound.
Seems like I should get scholar bound with the space in the drop down just like I get aunt bea.
Totally guessing, but it might be a timing thing or an activity thing since scholar bound is a new user with few posts.
@skieurope that’s a good thought. Maybe he won’t be on the drop down until he reaches PM status???
I’ve lost my ability to have autocomplete tag anyone again. I can only do it if I type it manually @skieurope
Thanks. I found the thread when it happened last and bumped it.
OK, I’ll close this thread, then.
