Take credit or repeat? (again)

So I know this has been gone through so many times but I have no idea where we landed on this issue.

Should I take the credit for Bio, Phys, Chem and Math in college if I have med school as a possible future option in mind? I'm not at all sure what I should do.

I've heard everything from "its fine" to "no, med schools want to see that" so I have no idea. Also, apparently intro to Bio is harder than AP etc, so I dont want to place in a harder class and die. I mean I'm not talking about grades here (well, mostly ;)) but I don't want to be absolutely shocked my first semester of college.

Also, I don't like Physics and I really wouldn't want to repeat that. I will though if it's necessary for the MCAT.

What do you think?

Are you talking about AP creits?
The first Bio is much harder than AP (should not be even compared). Normally it is required for pre-meds, including the ones with “5” on AP exam, you would not have a choice. I do not know about Physics, but you need it for MCAT anyway. Math is OK to take AP credit, so is English, History,…etc.
