Hey guys, I am currently a junior and is looking into applying for colleges. The only college that is on my list that REQUIRES 2 subjects test is Williams(mostly because my brother went there.) I don’t want to spend the summer studying for another subject(Biology) just for one college. I would do that if I am taking bio this year but I am not. Will Williams looks down on me if I pull this thing ? I know for sure I can pull of an 800 for both math 1&2 and I rather studies for the ACT to get a higher score.
Your grammar is atrocious. That aside, sending the SAT Math 1 & 2 to Williams without another SAT2 will earn a rejection notice. They are redundant. It does not seem likely that Williams is the best match for you anyway. If Williams is the only school that requires 2 SAT Subject tests it may make sense to skip applying.
@lostaccount Don’t really care about grammar on the internet. I only use it correctly when it matters.
There are other subjects to consider if you don’t want to study, one example being literature. Also, if you are taking a science this year (chemistry or physics) subject tests often only require a few more topics of study than your course covers.
Submitting Math I and Math II would simply give another reason for an admission committee to not accept.
i took and submitted math 1 and 2 and got accepted
Not sure if you know, but Williams is changing the testing requirement this year! The SAT subject tests are no longer required. Check the admissions website, if you haven’t already.
