Im a freshman at UCLA and Im thinking about taking a class pass/fail. Its just a basic GE and has no impact on my major. Assuming I pass and only take this only one class pass/fail, how badly will my law school chances be affected?

Thanks!!

What about at YSH? I’m an economics major and want to take intro to computer science. I’m fairly confident i can’t get an A in this class, I’m taking it because I’m interested. I would avoid it if necessary though

Just take it pass/fail. The only time is problematic is when you withdraw from class, and your university considers it as punitive (i.e. WF) because then LSDAS calculates that into your gpa.
