I'm taking Chemistry and AP Biology the same year, will it be hard?

Depends on a lot of things. How much work you’re willing to put in, what you’re good at e.g. how good you are at the sciences, how harsh your teachers/grading is, etc. I’m taking AP Chem, AP bio, and AP phys b all this year. Plus chem and bio are both two class periods long at my school. I managed to get a 97, 93, and 94 respectively in them, so it’s definitely doable. Those are hard classes and taking both of them will be a challenge but it should be manageable.

Chem is relatively easy compared to AP bio, but it also depends on your teachers.

It depends on your work ethic. I know people that are taking AP bio, AP chem, AP calc, AP lit, AP Spanish, and AP Econ passing all with mostly A’s and maybe a B or two. And then there’s the people who tried to do that and had to drop several classes cause they weren’t doing good. But overall it’s definitely possible to do.
