Taking classes at Marshall

I was wondering: is it possible for an economics major in the College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences to take business classes at Marshall as well? Or are these business classes limited only to those who were accepted to Marshall?

yes, you can take business classes at marshall if you are an econ major

One note, if you can take classes, you can't use it as a "back door" for getting in, i.e., take a lot of marshall classes and then try to graduate with a business degree even though you weren't admitted.

I heard once about someone who tried to do that (but with a different professional school, not marshall) and just took all the classes for a competitive-admissions major while he was some random major in the college - well, he got stuck, because even when he satisfied all the requirements, they still refused to let him in (because of poor GPA), and he couldn't get his other major, either, because of the strict 104-units in the college requirement which he didn't satisfy.
