Taking Dynamics in summer(6 weeks) too hard?

Along with Math for engineers it's like the second part to differential equations with matlab. Dynamics 4 units Math 3. units

You going to ucsb?

Yea I’ll be transferring fall 2011

You’ll be very busy, but it’s possible. Last summer, I took Control Systems and Heat Transfer together (8 quarter units). I got an A in Control Systems and a B+ in Heat Transfer. I would have gotten an A in Heat Transfer if I hadn’t choked on the final.

Dynamics is a lot like Physics. You’ll be super busy, but it should be some review. My school’s Math for Engineers was pretty bad. Matlab isn’t hard, but our problem sets were super long.

Please… don’t get me started on my Numerical Solutions class…

Cool I’m at UCSB now. You shouldnt have too much trouble if you put your time in. I think you probably have Kim for dynamics and Gibou for math of engineering. Just understand all the hw and you’ll be good for Kim’s class. I have gibou right now. He’s a really cool teacher and the midterm was cake. Same as the practice midterms. I’d probably put more time into dynamics. And by the way… Math of engineering is much more matlab than math.
