Taking Only Online Courses and Living at Home?

Some personal things have come up very recently, and ideally it would be best for me to be at home during the fall semester. I don't have housing yet, I was wondering if it would be possible to take only online classes and then just drive there for the exams? I need to save as much money as I can now too, so this makes sense financially for me too.

The courses I definitely have to take this semester are:

PSY2012 - 3 credits
MAN3025 - 4 credits
SPM2000 - 3 credits

I have a couple options as far as my 1 or 2 other courses go, but I could definitely make one or both of those online as well.

Does anyone know if this is possible? Taking only online courses (Note - NOT distance learning courses) and then just driving up for exams if I have to? Or are there little nuances or scenarios that make it unfeasible? I live about a 3.5 hour drive from Gainesville so I wouldn't mind making a trip once or twice a month for an exam, but I couldn't go every week or anything like that. Something like this really seems like the best option for me in fall due to some personal/family stuff, finances, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Exams for online courses are usually online as well, so you should not have to drive to the campus just to take your tests.

I’ve taken several online courses at UF and I haven’t had to go to campus for any exams. There was one day that I had to be on campus for an activity for Life Science class. If you can do a full semester of online only courses, I say do it. You probably won’t be able to complete your entire degree that way, but do what you can online.
