march 2013 (studied esp. for math but made careless mistakes...)
-math: 650
-reading:720
-writing:800

i already signed up for the SAT for october 2013 and i know i can do better, especially on math and reading. ive been working on making less careless mistakes and calming my test anxiety so i really think i can pull off higher scores. i know penn will look down upon taking the test 4 times, but i'm even more concerned about that drop in math.

is it even worth applying anymore? or should i apply somewhere else that has score choice and superscores so i can have my 2230? thanks!

OH WAIT or i could just use my ACT! 33 composite after 3 sittings- 31,33, then 32 but whatever. it would be a 34 superscore but they don’t look at that. but it’s better than my SAT. i’ll use SAT for other schools. sound good?

did: are you aware of some of the negative connotations with kids who take ACT/SAT 3+ times?

Very selective schools see these kids as score chasers versus people who really influence their classrooms or communities. Basically:" Why should I be impressed with this kid who spent 10 months of her HS career cramming for SAT/ACT when others are getting the same score but super active in their other activities?"

that’s the thing though. i am really active in my community, both locally and internationally. i’m really into art and always do contests and have founded a nonprofit organization and loads of other stuff, too.
