Hi, I submitted my 2010 returns and W-2 forms awhile ago (~1 month), and my status on Cornell Self Service still says on "to do" list. Does anyone have this problem?

Yes, same situation…I submitted my FAFSA also on Jan. 2 and it’s still on my to-do list. I’m calling financial aid tomorrow.

yea, they want me to send me parents tax reform and w2 forms which we mailed along with other colleges that already received the forms. and if u are a student, your supposed to send a signed statement saying you are not required to fill, which i didn’t do.

3 quick questions:

what tax forms are required for FA at Cornell?

also, by what means can these forms be sent to Cornell, FAX, usps mail, IDOC?

by when does cornell need the tax forms?

the following page does not specify how you s/ send the forms, and whether fax is acceptable, nor does it specify a deadline

But one thing - it does not specifiy whether the 1040s need to be signed. When one does an electronic submission, one does an electronic signature, which wd not show up on a file.
