<p>Is it ok to not submit the Common App teacher evaluation form? I asked my guidance counselor about this and she said that you don't need it and that she just submits the letter of recommendation by itself. I'm not sure though because on the Common App it says to invite someone to fill it out online or print it out and have the recommender fill it out offline. Any insight would be nice.</p>

<p>I think that you do need the teacher evaluation form. The teacher will fill their part of it out and then attach their letter of recommendation to it. All common app schools will require the counselor and teacher evaluation forms with the respective letters of recommendations.</p>
