<p>Yes. It is required for all teachers on CommonApp. Usually they can do this directly online, but if mailing it, you should have them fill out the prinited out pdf form</p>

<p>The recommendations are on the common app site. When the time comes, you assign which teacher recommendation you want to go to each college.</p>
