<p>I have already asked two teachers to help me write letters of recommendation. However, our school uses Naviance, and one of those teachers has already left the school, so she is most likely no longer in the system. I believe she was supposed to submit a Common App Teacher Evaluation Form before she left, but she's not a very technical person and I think she may not have done so. Am I correct in understanding that she can just fill out the offline forms, and then mail them to each school I apply to?</p>

<p>When you invite recommenders through the electronic app process, a list is generated in your app showing who will be submitting your recommendations. That way the college can easily note what’s missing. You should discuss with your HS whether there is a way to add the mail-in recommendation to your list of recommenders just for that reason.</p>
