Teacher Recommendation Mishap!!!

<p>Hi guys,</p>

<p>I just checked my application status on Princeton University and the teacher's name for the teacher reference 1 is spelled wrong! E.g. the teacher's name is Peter Warden but the application status says P Warden! I know the teacher would have written his name on the reference himself but I'm kinda worried; will this be a problem?</p>

<p>Also when I checked back into my commonapp account (which are all, btw, submitted) the teacher's name is listed again as P Warden, not Peter Warden. Will this be a problem???</p>

<p>I highly doubt it will be a problem; I have heard initials are fine. Completely misspelling it would probably be another story. The content of the recommendation is much more important. Don’t stress over it!</p>
