Teacher Recommendations Question

hey, If u are applying with the Common Application do u need actual teacher letters or do your teachers just fill out those little teacher evaluation sheets? and am i allowed to make copies of a teacher recommendation letter, or does my teacher have to make the copies? i'm kinda lost on the recommendation letter thing

Your teacher fill out the teacher evaluation sheets; there should be room on there for them to write the "letter" part, though if they prefer, they can attach their letter on a separate sheet. That way, they can just make as many copies as needed.

you should make a bunch of copies of the common app rec form (depending on how many schools you are applying to plus a few extra). Teachers can write the letter right on the form, but they usually type it on a separate sheet of paper, usually on official school stationary. They make copies of the letter. In fact, you should always waive your right to view the letters.
