<p>Does anyone have any low-cost international programs for the summer? I've found a few that are perfect, except they cater to only 18+. I'm 16 and I'm super enthusiastic about traveling this summer, but I can't find anything! Most of what I have found is around $2000+ with another $2000+ for airfare.</p>
<p>Any ideas?</p>
