Teen Jeopardy

Anybody ever been on it/wished they had tried out for it?

I'm watching it right now and I'm very upset with myself because I live like twenty minutes away from Culver City (where the show is filmed) and never, in four years, bothered/thought about how good it would look on a college app.

So now I'm sitting here, getting nearly every question right, for nothing...

I know exactly what you mean. The questions are ridiculously easy--at least I have an excuse, though. Detroit's not right next door to Culver City.

I played on regular Jeopardy (not teen), and let me tell you: it's a lot easier to sit there and get them all right in the no-pressure comfort of your own living room than it is do it standing in a strange studio with dry mouth and wet palms, with bright studio lights shining in your eyes, and with the chance to make a fool of yourself in front of 15 million people.

plus ur telling yourself to remember everything...then u end up just forgetting the easiest thing ..like your date of birth

i went to the tryout and made the cut for it (teen jeopardy that is)- the questions were pretty damn easy. the only thing is they take a whole bunch more people after that cut than will ever make it onto the show, so it really has little to do with ur knowledge after passing the test they give you. cool experience though.

I thought about it but don't live anywhere near there. The whole 3,000 miles makes it difficult.
