telebears HELP

Hey, so I just read that you can only log on to telebears 25 times per semester and not having known that before, I logged on multiple times just to check my schedule. I don't know how many log ons I have left, and I still have to complete phase II! Any way I can check this?
any advice would be helpful, thanks!

where’s the link saying you could only log in 25 times?? thank you

oh, i didn’t read it online, it was on this piece of paper they handed out at calso
does anyone know what i can do though?

You can always call and they can reset it for you.
In fact, most of the students’ problems such as enrolling in their wanted class/discussion or changing dorms can be solved by calling.

It is actually a limit on changes/actions, not just logging in. You can add, drop, or change classes up to the limit, then need to ask them to reset. However, you can go online and check what is there as often as you want with no impact.

this is what the paper I received at calso said:

“When checking your schedule, use BearFacts. Each student gets a maximum of 25 log-ons to Tele-BEARS per semester, so don’t waste them if just verifying your schedule.”

i’m still a bit worried that when my phase II time comes, I won’t be able to log on. Who should I call to ask about this?

or is the maximum amounts of log ons reset during phase II?

okay, so I don’t know why the paper says 25 log-ons per semester, but this website says that you can access it 25 times during phase I, 25 times during phase II, and 80 times during adjustment period

Who do we have to call to have them reset the count?

did you reach your maximum? how did the message show up? did it warn you?
If you have reached the maximum number of sessions and you still need to use Tele-BEARS, contact the Office of the Registrar (120 Sproul Hall; 510/642-5990 or orreg@berkeley.edu).
