<p>Can I have some opinions on how the telecommunications major is at penn state? I'm currently a freshman at Penn State Hazleton and am planning on going to Main as a sophomore like most students here. I'm in division of undergraduate studies and im quite interested in the telecommunications major, but I would like to know how the job outlook is post grad. as well as if there are any rankings on how this major compares with other school?(wouldn't mind some links to other websites that could help me get the answer to those 2 previous questions as well) And if anyone has taken this major, what were your thoughts on it? I've heard it was a 'joke' of a major which is why im a little hesitant to take it on, even though im heavily interested in the subject matter. Bur I'm obviously still very undecided about what I want to do and my can always change.. but this is one option I'm heavily interested in, so any help and/or advice would be much appreciated.
