Temple U or PSU main?

<p>I'm a sophomore at Penn State Brandywine right now. I know i want to do Advertising. I applied to Advertising(in college of communications) and didn't get accepted because i didn't reach certain class requirements. I got accepted into Telecommunications which is also in the college of communications. I LOVE penn state; i've been wanting to go there for a long time, but if i can't do Advertising I don't know if it's worth going there. I'm not a city person and Temple is in the city of Philadelphia. Temple has a good advertising program, but i don't know if i'll be happy there... chances are i won't. ANY OPINIONS or feedback would be awesome. thank you</p>

<p>...also would telecommunications even be a good degree? I was thinking about double majoring in Graphic Design and Advertising.. which would now be Telecommunications instead.</p>

<p>I go to Penn State and I’d say go there if you really love it. The Advertising major is a restricted major, so you have to take prereq classes like Econ, Stat, etc. It’s actually quite easy to change around your majors within the college of communication once you actually get admitted into the school. I would personally meet up with an advisor to help you change your major to Advertising because it is easy to work around your schedule to get those required classes in. <p>I really like PSU, but I cannot stand State College. Isolated rural areas like this place make me go insane!</p>
