<p>what are they asking for when they say</p>

<p>current year courses- please indicate title and level of all courses you are taking by term</p>

<p>and then they give three terms and each term has five spaces under it... what do they want / what are they referring to because like.. i mean i'm taking six classes and we have it in semester system?</p>

<p>then you have Term 1 & Term 2; Term 3 is for schools on a trimester system. Just list first semester classes under Term 1 heading, and second semester classes under Term 2. (in many cases, both semester columns will be the same.)</p>
