Terrible Semester

I got all A’s and B’s my first year of college. At the time I was an aerospace engineering (liberal arts: math and science) major. I was taking prerequisites and general ed classes. I then changed my major to business my first semester of my second year, causing me to withdraw from my physics and chem courses since I didn’t need them anymore. I also withdrew from calculus because I had a terrible grade and even if I tried my hardest it’d be for a C. After that semester I met with my counselor and set up a student ed plan to transfer to a UC for business administration. I just finished my spring semester and I got a C and two D’s. How can I overcome this huge hole that is my second year of college?

Can you replace grades by re-taking the class? Some community colleges let you do that. If so, then that might be your best (albeit time-consuming) bet.
