Test scores crucial to success of admittance?

I would be thankful if anyone can answer my question regarding test scores. I know that the admission counselors at Bryn Mawr consider your application as a whole, but I would really like to know how much weight your test scores have during the admissions process? I’m debating retaking the ACT in decemeber (registering late), and not taking it. I guess my real question is: what is the lowest test score someone has scored, and gotten into Bryn Mawr with it?

Thank you in advance!

Hey! So I’m a current bryn mawr freshman, and this year I know for a fact that they are considering test scores far less strongly than they have in the past. Bryn Mawr really does have a “holistic” admissions process, and according to the Bryn Mawr prospective student flier I have in front of me right now (how convenient, hahaha) they say that they have new “test flexible” requirements.
So you have to submit EITHER:
SAT I and either 2 SAT IIs or AP test
or
The ACT alone
or
A combination or 3 SAT IIs and/or APs in Science or math AND English or history or languages or arts or social sciences AND student choice (one subject of the student’s choice but in a subject different from the other two).

So it sounds like you have a lot of choices. I submitted my SAT I and IIs (I had a combined 2130 SAT and a 780 literature, 640 Latin, 740 US History).

Good luck! I think you should be fine if you have a strong GPA and extra curriculars but not-so-strong standardized test scores.
