Test Scores: Received vs Postmarked?

So I know I'm new here, but I hope you guys can still offer me some help. Here's my situation:

I'm currently a high school senior and as you probably imagine have been working on my college apps recently. Everything was all going pretty well, filling in forms, getting recs, and writing essays and I was on track to submit early action applications to the University of Michigan and the University of Chicago. And today I decided to send my test scores...which is what worries me quite a lot

It has nothing to do with the scores I got, I'm pretty pleased with the results, but on CB it says that it may take 1-2 weeks for scores to be electronically sent to the schools. This scares me pretty bad because that means they might not get there by Nov 1. So my question is:

Will I be considered for Early Action at these 2 schools if I've ordered the test scores before Nov 1 or do they have to receive the scores before Nov 1 for me to be considered?

I know everything is supposed to be on the websites but I've been scouring over them for the last hour and can't find any concrete language that answers my question.

Also, I'm NOT in the dilemma regarding sending SAT scores that were taken in October. All my tests were taken long ago, it's just that I haven't sent them until now. I guess this is why you don't wait until the last minute...

Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Don’t sweat it. They’ll start evaluating the files that are complete. When your scores come in, they’ll examine your file. If it gets to near decision time and your file is still incomplete, they’ll contact you or the school to get that missing info.

It’s commonplace.
