<p>To the OP: Policy around here is don’t give any weight to chancers unless they have 300+ posts, preferably 600+. Majority of the information on this board derives from HS students who make assumptions and state it as fact. Besides, the “low reach/high reach/match” type answers are far more valuable than “accepted or rejected”, which are little more than the flip of a coin for most posters.</p>

<p>You caught me…definitely my clever ploy. No, I can tell myself that each of these schools are reaches, ranging from low with UVA and a few others, to high with Princeton, Yale, Stanford and the likes. I thought this would simply be an interesting way to see how random the admissions process is and how well the general CC can provide valid assessments of such.</p>

<p>Accepted: Columbia, UVA, JHU, Notre Dame
Waitlisted: Swarthmore, Stanford, Brown, Georgetown
Rejected: Princeton, Yale, Duke, UPenn</p>
